MY SIX WEEK TRANSFORMATION: WEEK 2 VLOG !

Hi everybody, how are you ? I hope you are alalert seeing some result on your body like we are doing. I can see my training partner change is body day-by-day.

This will be a rapid weekly appointment where we will be taking our degreement analytically.
This week I will write degree only the main one. From the next week I'll be measuring also the circumference of neck, chest, waist, legs and calves ! For the degreement of the circumferences you can use this: Tape.
For the degreement of your body fat, you can use this caliber: Body fat tester.

So let' s see my body stat now:
  1. DATE: 7th of July
  2. HEIGHT: 176 cm
  3. WEIGHT: 78.2 Kg
  4. FAT PERCENTAGE: 8.5%
  5. Eventually you wanna write here the degrees for your neck, chest, waist, arm, legs and take photos of yourself.
  6. ENERGY LEVEL: energy level are great nowadays. I have had a couple of cheat meals and some cookies between yesterday and nowadays but even Tuesday and Friday, those are the ending days of the low carbohydrates phase, I haven't had any energy deficit.
